this production line employs advanced process and technology, truly realizing industrial continuous production and converting the waste rubber and tire into liquid fuel oil, carbon black and minimum non-condensable combustible gas through the catalytic pyrolysis reaction. Technology and equipment design of this whole pyrolysis line is rational and the product process is carried out in a tightly closed equipment. After multiple purifications of the exclusive purification system, oil gas and gas produced from the pyrolysis process is deischarged within the requirement and pollution to the environment is eliminated. Adjustable mixed wind heating and hot air recycling echnology employed by the heating system enables the system a fast equipment start-up and steady working state. Hot air recycling greatly reduces the running cost and customer's investment and realizes 100% recovery of the pyrolysis materials.
